Number of Awards: 3 (At least 1 award will be made to tribes/tribal organizations pending adequate application volume)

Target Population: The purpose of this program is to provide pregnant and postpartum women treatment for substance use disorders through programs in which, during the course of receiving treatment, 1) the women reside in or receive treatment services from facilities provided by the programs; 2) the minor children of the women reside with the women in such facilities, if the women so request; and 3) the services are available to or on behalf of the women.

Eligibility:

Eligible applicants are domestic public and private nonprofit entities.

PPW recipients that received grant awards under the following Announcement Numbers are not eligible to apply for this funding opportunity:

TI-14-005 – Grants funded in FY 2016

TI-17-007 – Grants funded in FY 2017, FY 2018, or FY 2019
