Teo Norman is a performance driven healthcare professional with over 15 years of executive leadership experience managing large cap healthcare service delivery portfolios supported by government sponsored programming. Mr. Norman is currently the Associate Vice President of Medicaid Clinical Operations at the UPMC Health Plan, responsible for designing and implementing innovative, person-centered care management models aligned with value-based payment arrangements for over 400,000 members across a continuum of care.
